How to make your children interested in reading.

If you want your children to love books, read to them as often as possible .  They will remember, and be able to share with you the stories that made them laugh and cry. They  will anticipate the time when they will be able to read for themselves.

By reading aloud to them, you are in a unique position to help them enjoy reading and see the value of it.

Start Reading To Them When They Are Young

Children learn to love the sound of language before they even notice the existence of printed words on a page. Reading books aloud to children stimulates their imagination and expands their understanding of the world. It helps them develop language and listening skills and prepares them to understand the written word.
